Mrs. Annick Girardin, Minister of Overseas France, Mr. Gérald Darmanin, Minister of Action and Public Accounts, Mr. Sébastien Lecornu, Secretary of State to the Minister of State, Minister of the Ecological and Inclusive Transition and M Julien Denormandie, Secretary of State to the Minister for Territorial Cohesion will travel to the island of Saint Martin, Sunday March 4 and Monday March 5, six months after the devastating impact of Cyclone Irma.
On the occasion of this trip, the ministers and state secretaries will take stock of the protection, support and refoundation measures put in place by the state for six months. In the presence of the interministerial delegate for reconstruction, Mr. Philippe Gustin, the members of the government will go to the places most affected by the disaster, will exchange with the agents mobilized in the management of the crisis, the elected officials, the economic and associative fabric and residents engaged in reconstruction.
