Verbal violence against PAF: suspended prison

0

Yesterday in court, a 37-year-old Saint-Martinois was heard for verbal abuse of three PAF agents on June 16.

The facts took place during a vehicle inspection in Bellevue. On the bus, a Saint-Martinois refuses to present his identity document to PAF agents. The officers' report reveals that the accused insulted them, and allegedly tried to jostle them during the screening. At the helm, the young entrepreneur denies the facts. He explained to the officers that he did not have his ID with him because he was going to play sports. The vice-prosecutor explains in his speech that there are many facts of rebellion and contempt. He specifies that this individual had his identity document in his wallet since he presented it afterwards. He just wanted to provoke the agents. As a result, he required a three-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 500 euros. _KL
