Local life: Six commercial spaces available in the village of Lolos de Marigot!

The Delegation to the Living Environment of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin informs the public of the upcoming opening of the village of temporary structures, built on the Seafront of Marigot.

All the occupants of the kiosk building, very damaged by cyclone IRMA, have been assigned a new room to carry out their activity, the time for the community to carry out the demolition and reconstruction of the initial building .

However, there are still spaces available, including vacant locations for a restaurant, two bars and 3 shops. The Collectivity therefore invites those interested to constitute an application file for obtaining a Temporary Occupation Authorization (AOT), according to the following methods:

2. A descriptive note of the activity, including:

at. For a restaurant:

- Presentation of the project and the market study (the team, the style of menu offered, the originality of the concept and its interest among consumers)

- Training received in hygiene and cooking

- The experience acquired in the field of the kitchen and the management of structure

b. A bar :

- Bar characteristics

- The applicant's experience and motivations

- The license for the sale of alcoholic products if already acquired

vs. A shop :

- Description of the products that will be offered for sale (the originality compared to what is already for sale on the market should be highlighted)

- The applicant's experience

- The motivations

3. Copy of identity document

4. Proof of address

People who have already filed a request with the Collectivity will be taken into account, subject to the completeness of the files with the managing department.
