LOCAL LIFE: Aqua Sport Night this Sunday afternoon at the Plantation

0

The weekend is busy for our future lifeguards, it's Charlotte Backovic's turn to present her animation project as part of her training for the Professional Certificate of Youth, Popular Education and Sport, Aquatic Activities and Swimming.

For once, the event will take place at the end of the day. Charlotte wanted to use a little-used slot and the idea is to be welcomed. To validate the first two creditable units of the Professional Certificate for Youth, Popular Education and Sport, Aquatic Activities and Swimming, Charlotte Backovic is therefore offering the Aqua Sport Night this Sunday, April 2 at the Hôtel de la Plantation located at Orient Bay from 16:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m. Completely free of charge and with a reception of the first participants at 16:30 p.m., the event will be divided into three activities: 17:30 p.m. to 18:30 p.m. start of the water park for children from 3 to 6 years old accompanied by parents. This first niche dedicated to early childhood aims to provide a privileged moment between parents and children in order to teach them the basics of swimming such as going underwater, jumping, floating, all while fun together in a timeless moment and a nice setting. Teenagers from 16 years old and adults are invited to take part in the second slot of the Aqua Sport Night from 18:30 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. with an Aqua Boxing class, some of which will discover the discipline while boxing enthusiasts can practice their sport preferred in a different way. Finally, the last session from 19:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m. will be devoted to an Aqua Zumba class, again for teenagers from 16 years old and adults. There's nothing better than combining physical activity in the water with entertainment thanks to light effects and customary music. Registrations are open, no need to specify that such a free event will meet its public very quickly, so don't delay in booking as places are limited for the Aqua Sport Night this Sunday, April 2 at the Plantation de la Orient Bay happens in the best conditions. Good luck Charlotte! _VX
