Initiative Saint Martin Active, in partnership with the Collectivity, is organizing a major eco-citizen cleaning operation on Sunday June 27 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Come in large numbers, it's for a good cause!
This environmental action should bring together more than 200 people in teams of 6 out of 10 cleaning zones covering the whole of the French part of the island.
The waste thus collected will be collected through the ACED Integration Association and brought to the SXM VERDE landfill.
After the effort, the comfort! Breakfast will be offered to all participants around 9:30 am.
The objectives of the project:
- Unite the general public, institutions and associations around the cleaning of our environment;
- Raise awareness of waste collection;
- Encourage the adoption of more respectful behavior towards nature
