Driven by the Ministry of Justice in 2018, the creation of the national day of access to law aims to give greater visibility to departmental access to law councils and the actions they implement throughout the year within each department, as well as to discover the different places of access to law that exist on French territory.
On this occasion the Departmental Council of access to the law of Guadeloupe on which Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy depends, a lawyer, Maître Barreiro as well as the president of the association Trait d'Union France Victimes, Olivier Fatou, invite themselves on the airwaves of Youth Radio ( 92.5) this Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the show Shift to positivity. The show will be on the theme of violence (including marital and intra-family violence) and will be hosted by Mélanie Hodge.
An open telephone line is made available to auditors to allow them to ask questions in complete confidentiality to the aforementioned legal professionals. Victims of violence, perpetrators, or interested in the subject, all people are invited to participate by calling 0590 52 22 31.
