A common marketing campaign for the islands in our area?

As the islands of the Caribbean region are gradually reopening their borders, a group of eight islands located in the same area have come together to think about a common marketing strategy for the post-coronavirus era.

Saint-Martin, Sint Maarten, Saint-Eustache, Saba, Saint-Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla and Saint-Barthélemy came together recently, recognizing that by working together they can amplify their presence in the market and create new travel possibilities and new routes for tourist customers.

“We are delighted to launch this new initiative,” said Jadine Yarde, Nevis Director of Tourism. "Our common objective is to promote intra-regional travel, capitalizing on our proximity and on the desire of today's travelers to discover new experiences, while proudly multiplying on their passports, the new stamps of the countries visited ".

This collaboration made it possible to produce a video presenting the strengths of each island and its specificities compared to its neighbors.

This two-minute video will be posted on all social media starting this week.

The underlying message is that there is no better place than the Caribbean for those who will be ready to travel very soon.

"Saint-Eustache is delighted to bring together all the islands in our region to produce this video which testifies to our solidarity and our union as a unique destination in the Caribbean", declared Charles Lindo, Director of Tourism of Statia.

Saba welcomes this collaborative initiative and looks forward to welcoming visitors to the 'Unspoiled Queen of the Caribbean', a haven of peace where culture, history and nature abound, ”said Glenn Holm, Director of the Caribbean. Saba tourist office.
