At the CCISM, the Federation of Very Small Enterprises (FTPE) presented Factomos, an online invoicing software specially adapted to Saint Martin's tax system, at the start of the week. At the end of this meeting, a partnership was signed between the FTPE and Factomos.
The FTPE has been working for several months on a flagship action: the signing of an agreement with the online invoicing software Factomos. “With the software publisher, we have set up, specifically for small businesses in Saint-Martin, almost tailor-made software,” explained FTPE president Angèle Dormoy, in the presence of several members of the federation. Factomos has agreed to customize its software for the territory. ” For the president, this is an asset for small businesses. “This software is used to manage quotes, invoices and track payments online in a very simple way. This tool saves time, but also professionalises all the self-employed, all very small businesses, who today have great difficulty in the administrative management of their structure, ”said Factomos representative Tristan De Broucker. Companies can thus devote themselves to the development of their activity. “This also makes it possible to follow its turnover and to have statistical tools on its daily management (…) companies are no longer obliged to wait for their balance sheet to know their turnover”, added the president. This software is available from 5 euros per month. Thanks to the partnership signed between FTPE and Factomos, FTPE members will be entitled to a 20% reduction. Last Tuesday, companies were able to discover this software at the media library during a training workshop.
