A shark of significant size evolving in a shallow depth of water was observed Tuesday in the middle of the afternoon at the end of the beach of Orient Bay, side Mont Vernon.
Several witnesses present on the rocks immediately alerted the gendarmerie which dispatched a patrol on the spot, which confirmed the presence of the shark.
According to specialists and the opinion of a professional fisherman, it would be a tiger shark some three meters long. _AF
