A “Special Easter” menu developed by CTOS

On this Easter Friday, President Daniel Gibbs went to greet and encourage the CTOS agents in charge of the preparation and delivery of the meals distributed as part of the Covid19 Solidarity Pact, put in place by the Collectivity and its partners. .

Mobilized since the beginning of the crisis under the aegis of President Pascale Laborde, the central kitchen of the CTOS prepares an average of 80 meals per day intended for vulnerable people identified by the Solidarity and Families delegation.

This Good Friday, certain reception structures being closed, the CTOS prepared 65 meals, from a special Good Friday menu developed by the dietician and the head chef: cod chiktail with small vegetables, white rice, lentils and plantains, with a fruit salad for dessert.

The president welcomed this commitment and encouraged the teams to continue their efforts in compliance with health and safety rules.
