"These pages are a reminder of the meaning of our symbols and of the work accomplished by our ancestors, so that we do not forget them" he continues.

From Aline Hanson to Ralph Van Heyningen, via François Perrinon or the Lady Liberty statue, these portraits, drawn and written, serve as an archive for the new generation wishing to learn a little more about the history of the 'Isle.

“Young people today love entertainment. In order to make the story more attractive, I transformed these public figures and icons into drawings to arouse the interest of young people, ”explains the self-taught artist who first learned to draw by hand before going to the computer. , supported by his big brother David.

"I'm not really a fan of social networks, but my family convinced me to use them to display my work," he says.

In addition to drawing them, he writes each time a short biography of the personalities he feeds through his research in books and on the internet, and sometimes by directly interviewing the person highlighted.
