With the laying of asphalt planned this weekend in downtown Marigot, it is a big "phew" of relief that predominates among residents and especially among traders. The end of the tunnel is near!

The city center of Marigot will find a second youth within two days! The Water and Sanitation Establishment of Saint-Martin (EEASM) confirmed this, via a press release from the Collectivity. “As part of the work on the water network in downtown Marigot, the planing of the old layers of tar, rue de la Liberté and rue Kennedy, began yesterday and will be completed this Friday, December 2. The laying of the new asphalt will be carried out immediately, rue de la Liberté on December 2, rue Kennedy and rue du Palais de Justice, on Saturday December 3. The streets will reopen on December 3. Kennedy Street will be closed to traffic this Friday, December 2 for planing and Saturday, December 3 for paving. The EEASM apologizes in advance to the residents of the city center for the noise caused by this planing work and thanks them for their understanding ”. _AF
