This change in the age ceiling came into force on May 25, 2024, in accordance with the decree published in the official journal of the French Republic of May 24, 2024.

After the implementation of measures in favor of students in November 2023 and March 2024, this increase in the age ceiling complements the Government's commitments in favor of overseas students.

As a reminder, the previous measures allowed the payment of the second round-trip ticket for new high school graduates and the full payment of the round-trip plane ticket, in economy class, without distinction of the stock market/non-stock market criterion. stock market. Before this measure, non-scholarship holders benefited from 50% support instead of 100% today.

100% plane ticket coverage

From now on, the “Passport for study mobility” allows full coverage of the round-trip plane ticket, in economy class, for students up to 28 years old, to go to their place of study.

This assistance is open to students residing in the Overseas Territories enrolled in a higher education establishment when the study path is non-existent in the community of origin.

To benefit from this assistance, students must contact LADOM, whose branch in Saint-Martin is located at the former Evelina Halley school (behind the bus station). _AF
