The conditions for entering the territory at Juliana Airport have recently changed. All people vaccinated from the United States, Canada or a country classified as green, orange or red according to Sint Maarten, no longer need to provide negative results of a test.

Another recently changed rule relates to children, until recently children under the age of 11 did not need to take a test to get to Juliana. The age limit has now been lowered to 5 years. That is, children over 5 years of age who have not been vaccinated, must show negative results from a test dating back less than 72 hours if they come from an orange, red country, from the United States. or Canada; the government of St Maarten specifies that for children an oropharyngeal test is tolerated.
