The prefectures of Guadeloupe and Martinique have lifted the measure of compelling reasons for people from Saint-Martin only if they have a complete vaccination schedule. Vaccinated people should no longer perform a PCR test.
Other people can only travel if they provide a compelling reason, they must also respect a 7-day isolation and perform a new virological biological screening following this isolation.
