PCR test and Easter weekend: the puzzle for the passengers of Holy Monday

0

The Regional Health Agency informed citizens on Tuesday of the reduced possibilities of access to PCR tests during the Easter weekend. The Hope Estate Covid-19 drive test is closed from Friday April 2, 2021 to Monday April 5, 2021 inclusive. The one in Marigot is open on Friday April 2 and Monday April 5 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. As for antigenic tests, they will be exceptionally accepted on all flights on the French side on Tuesday April 6.

Taking into account the fact that any PCR test must be carried out at most 72 hours before the departure of the plane, what about the fifty passengers who must travel on Monday, April 5 at 17:45 p.m. and 17:50 p.m. from Grand Case on the Air Caraibes and Air Antilles flights? Exceptionally, a tolerance will be applied for these passengers: “they will have to carry out their PCR test (and obtain a negative result) on Friday April 2 in Marigot. Companies and authorities will take into account not the number of hours (72) but the number of days (3) to let them board the plane "indicates the ARS.
