"Taste of the Caribbean": our team is preparing


The culinary team, which will take part in the annual “Taste of the Caribbean” competition in Miami next June, is in full swing, announced the Sint Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association (SHTA). The 2017 delegation, led by Captain Renata De Weever (Sonesta Great Bay Resort & Casino / NIPA), is made up of Dino Jagtiani (Temptation Restaurant), Pieter Holstein (Rum and Peas / Canoa Restaurant), Ronald Estephane (Sonesta Maho Beach Resort) & Casino), Justin Assendelft (Holland House Hotel), Suzirea Adoptie (Student at NIPA) and Paul Peterson (Temptation Restaurant / NIPA). Four fundraisers will be organized to support this team. The premiere will take place tonight at 19:30 p.m. at the Infinity Restaurant at the Oyster Bay Beach Hotel.
