The Port Authorities, the National Nautical Gendarmerie, the Direction de la Mer de la Guadeloupe Unit of Saint-Martin & Saint-Barthélemy, are each responsible for:

- Notifying boaters and those responsible for charter boats,

- To ensure the movement of boats,

- To ensure the execution of this Order.

The territorial decree n ° AR31-2017 delimits a swimming area in Happy Bay, from Wednesday March 15 to Sunday March 19, 2017 from noon to midnight. This is how Happy Bay will be reserved in part for swimming by the public as well as festival-goers in accordance with the following indications:

- A delimited area of ​​the shore over a distance of 100 meters to the left of the bay of Happy Baysera exclusively reserved for swimming by non-festival-goers.

- Another delimited area of ​​the shore over a distance of 200 meters to the right of the bay of Happy Bay will be exclusively reserved for festival-goers; this area will be marked with the help of suitable buoys visible day and night.

By territorial decree n ° AR32-2017, within the framework of the organization of the “SXM MUSIC FESTIVAL”, it is prohibited all nautical activity in the zone of 300 meters in the bay of Happy Bay, from Wednesday March 15, 2017 08 a.m. to Monday 20 March 2017 08 a.m.

The Port Authorities, the National Nautical Gendarmerie, at the Directorate of the Sea of ​​Guadeloupe Territorial Unit of Saint-Martin & Saint-Barthélemy are each responsible for:

- notify swimmers and the general public,

- to ensure the execution of this Order.
