Cuchi, the main perpetrator of the double murder committed in a hotel room in December 2016, was tried in February. The prosecution had requested life imprisonment against him.
On May 15, the trial of his brother and his ex-girlfriend also involved in the case took place. The prosecutor set out to prove that the brother had participated in the manslaughter and the transportation of the bodies in the lagoon to Bel Air. He was also prosecuted for possession of weapons.
Sentences of 30 and 10 years in prison were required against them.
The judges will issue their three decisions on June 5.
