La electrical failure that occurred on the evening of Wednesday May 18 at the Galisbay production plant (UPEP) required a few hours of expertise to be able to identify the source.
This delay put drinking water stocks in difficulty and led to a general water cut from Thursday May 19 at 9:30 a.m. to Friday May 20.
The intervention was carried out from Thursday 19 in the afternoon and continued during the evening.
Water was restored from 3 a.m. and the drinking water supply was gradually restored by sector.
