On the occasion of the 20th edition of the Saint-Martin Billfish Tournament which will take place, remember, from June 21 to 24, at the Marina Fort-Louis, many festivities will be on the program including the "Grill and Pot" Food Festival, organized by the Association "Caribbean Favors".
Once again, Nicole Piper, president of the Association "Caribbean Flavors" has put the little dishes in the big!
On the sidelines of the big game fishing tournament, the public will be invited to taste typical Saint-Martin dishes, during the "Gril and Pot" Food Festival. No less than nine food stands will be present on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 June, from 17 p.m., in the village located in front of the Fort-Louis Marina.
Shrimp skewer / Shrimp skewers, queen conch skewer / Conch skewers, Fried shrimp / Fry shrimp - Fried lambis / Fry conch - Fried fish / Fry fish - Chest fish / Cray fish - Stuffed crab / Crab back - Accras - Johnny cake - Fish with mango / Mango fish - Conch soup / Conch soup - Coconut crab / Coconut crab - Donkey meat / Donkey meat and many other local specialties will be discovered during the “Gril and Pot” Food Festival.
