On the road last weekend in Martinique, the Archiball's under 12s were putting their title at stake, during the 7th edition of the “René Dane” Trophy.
Like the other young Archiball teams, the educators in charge of the under-12s had to compensate for the many departures recorded after Irma and rebuild a workforce with the arrival of new players.
In Martinique, faced with opponents of the already well-oiled collective, the young Saint-Martin residents have finally tasted the joy of playing together again, and that is what is essential.
On the field side, despite a combative and voluntary spirit, the proteges of the president, David Rondeau were not able to keep their shield, the march being too high to reach the grail again (note: the Archis finish in 5th place ranking on eight teams involved).
Note that the Archiball sports season ends next week.
