Rehabilitation of the remarkable heritage of Grand-Case: President Gibbs calls on landowners!

The President made it known during his vows in Grand-Case, on January 22, the Collectivity of Saint-Martin wishes to help the owners of remarkable houses located on Boulevard Bertin Maurice in Grand-Case, in order to preserve the architectural characteristics of the village and highlight this heritage as part of its reconstruction. 

A letter from the President presenting the will of the Collectivity was therefore sent to each identified owner, according to the census of remarkable heritage established in 2016 and revised in 2018 following the passage of Hurricane Irma, piloted by the Directorate of Territorial Archives. and Heritage. This first contact aims to establish a link with these owners to find out their intentions regarding the reconstruction of their property and to identify the difficulties they are currently facing.

As part of the development of the territory and the enhancement of the bay of Grand-Case, the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, under the leadership of the President and his team, wishes to highlight the architectural and historical riches of the boulevard main to contribute to the economic attractiveness of the territory but also recreate a pleasant living environment for the inhabitants of the district.
