Since November 14, the Collectivité de Saint-Martin has been repairing the roads on the northern section (Approval at Oyster-Pond). Several sections of the RN7, Boulevard de Grand Case and Route de l'Esperance have already been renovated.
The Community is informing the public of the road repair program in effect from December 4 to 11, 2020. This last phase, which ends the 2020 program, generates alternating traffic or deviations in some places. Please pay particular attention to this and be careful.
Interventions of 4 in December 11 2020
Quartier d'Orléans / Oyster-Pond area:
Last Friday took place the last day of intervention in the sector of Belle-Plaine - Quartier d'Orléans and the start of the repair of the Coralita road, from the Morne Saline (Oyster-Pond road).
The repair work continued on Saturday, December 5 on the Coralita road at the level of the Morne Saline (in the middle of the Oyster-Pond road) with the complete repair of the bitumen at the entrance of the road from Coralita to Quartier d ' Orleans.
Grand Case sector:
• Monday December 7 from 7 a.m. to 00 p.m.: Complete repair of the bitumen on the Boulevard at the intersection of the RN7. A diversion of road traffic is set up by the way open to the right of the old cinema (after the Catholic Church).
• Tuesday December 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m .: New intervention on the road to Friar's Bay. Establishment of alternating circulation.
• Wednesday December 9 from 7:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m .: Finalization of works on the FRiar's Bay road. Establishment of alternating circulation.
• Wednesday December 9 from 21 p.m. to 00 a.m. (night): Start of the repair of the RN7 in Grand-Case, from the Boulevard intersection to the pharmacy and along the airport pond. Establishment of alternating circulation.
• Thursday December 10 from 21 p.m. to 00 a.m. (night): Last day of intervention for the repair of the RN7 in Grand-Case from the intersection of Boulevard to the pharmacy and along the airport pond. Maintenance of alternating circulation.
• Friday December 11 from 7 a.m. to 00 p.m.: Beginning of the renovation of Boulevard Bertin Maurice (Grand Case) from Place du Pressoir to Rue de l'Espérance. A diversion will be set up by the rue des Ecoles (simple planing, without application of the asphalt).

Between December 4 and 11, 2020, between 21 p.m. and 00 a.m. (night), the Collectivity undertakes various occasional repairs, with the laying of asphalt, throughout the territory, from Cul de Sac, Griselle to Orient Bay and the Orleans district. Alternating circulation will be put in place as soon as necessary.
The Collectivity of Saint-Martin has scheduled the second phase relating to the repair of the southern road section (Agrément - Terres-Basses) for mid-2021.
