The Minister of Justice, François Bayrou, presented yesterday the bill of moralization of the public life aiming to "restore confidence in the democratic life".
The elected officials of Saint-Martin will be affected by certain measures. Among which those to prohibit the exercise of more than three successive mandates, to recruit members of his family for the parliamentarians and collaborators of the cabinet of the president of the COM, not to satisfy his fiscal obligations.
