Monday, March 28, Vincent Berton, new prefect delegate to the representative of the State in the communities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, took office in the Northern Islands, during an official ceremony.
On this occasion, the traditional laying of wreaths was carried out at the War Memorial in Saint-Martin, in the presence of President Daniel Gibbs, the Member of Parliament for Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, Claire Guion-Firmin, the forces of order, veterans and standard bearers.
