After her election to the community in March 2017, Annick Petrus had to file, as required by law, a new declaration of initial property situation and a declaration of interests and activities with the High Authority for the transparency of public life .

In September 2020, Annick Petrus was elected senator for Saint-Martin and had to file a new declaration. It had until December 1, 2020 to do so, the High Authority received it on November 22, 2020. The information communicated was analyzed and recently published on the HATVP website.

Annick Petrus indicated that she received as school principal 40 euros net in 600, 2020 euros in 53, 167 euros in 2019 and 51 euros in 600. She specifies that “this activity [had become] incompatible with [her] term of office as a senator and has therefore become available ”. It should also be noted that the amounts for the years 2018 to 49 differ from those she had mentioned during her first declaration filed in October 200. Two years ago, she had specified that she had earned 2017 euros in 2017 and 2019 and 2019 48 euros in 000 and had justified this decrease "for service not done because of [his] absences for electoral missions".

As elected by the Collectivity, Annick Petrus received a net remuneration of 21 euros in 100.

Finally, its parliamentary collaborators are Yannick Romain, Salim Bensaid and Jean-Sébastien Hamlet (also territorial advisor).

The purpose of declaring interests and activities is to prevent conflict of interest situations.
