PLU: launch of the public inquiry

0

The public inquiry into the development of the local urban plan (PLU) is launched today. The population has one month to give its opinion on this project, which is far from unanimous.

It's time to defend your interests and ask yourself the right questions based on your current or future residential area. For example, will the land that you have found be still buildable after the validation of this project? To avoid unpleasant surprises, it is therefore recommended to know the regulations of your sector. Your comments on this PLU project will be studied by elected officials, who may make changes to it. Note that the petition entitled "Modify the PLU project of June 25, 2015 - We love Saint-Martin" has collected 506 signatures for the moment.

Consultation of documents and notices:

The population is invited to go to the planning authority (urban planning service) of the Collectivity, located 6 rue du Fort Louis in Marigot in order to consult all the documents relating to the PLU. The public inquiry file is also available on the COM website: www.com-saintmartin.fr, "Environment and town planning" tab. The investigation commissioner will be present today, October 8, 15 and 22, from 10 a.m. to 13 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. to 16 p.m. And on October 30, from 10 a.m. to 13 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. to 16 p.m.
