Contributing entrepreneurs from the island who have requested a plan to clear unpaid social contributions, following the
passage d'Irma, have until August 31 to contact the CGSS.
The CCISM recalls that all contributors, registered in the 2018 or 2019 moratoriums, who have not received a phone call or message by email, or IRMA Plans, must imperatively, before August 31, 2020, make contact with themselves with the CGSS, to manifest themselves.
For their part, “all contributors who have received an IRMA plan proposal from the CGSS must, within 30 days of receipt of the Plan, and at most before August 31, 2020. They must either return the proposed plans with their signature, or take the link of the CGSS in case of dispute of the amounts mentioned, ”explains the CCISM.
"The contributors who will not have returned or will not have taken the connection of the CGSS before August 31 will no longer be able to benefit from the IRMA device and will leave this device", finally specifies the CCISM.
