He was convicted of the theft of several thousand euros of drugs from the wholesaler Laborex, committed on September 23, 2017, and for which he appeared in court on March 1, XNUMX.

The court recognized the constitution of civil party of the victim, the company Laborex. PG.P must pay him 22 euros for pecuniary damage, 657,74 euros for loss of chance, 10 euros for non-pecuniary damage and 000 euros under article 15-000 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ( reimbursement of lawyers' fees).

He was also ordered to pay 5000 euros in damages to the council of the order of pharmacists and 2500 euros under article 475-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The ban on practicing for two years, required by the prosecution, was not upheld.
