The latest epidemiological bulletin from the Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS) indicates that Saint-Barthélemy presents indicators testifying to an epidemic of chickenpox. “The number of clinically suggestive cases of chickenpox seen in town medicine consultation has exceeded epidemic thresholds for 6 weeks now. The first threshold overrun was recorded in week 22 and continues until week 27, ”says the institute.
