The large format program "Passion Outremer" will offer on March 13 a new documentary entitled "Caribbean, six islands in the wind" on the France O channel at 20:50 pm. The Nature Reserves of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy will notably be in the spotlight. “Saint-Barthélemy has become the symbol of luxury. However, behind the postcard images hides an unknown nature, protected by a nature reserve. A native of the country, Didier Laplace revives the salt flats which are part of the history of his island and strives to replant endemic vegetation on the beaches. In Saint-Martin, Nicolas Maslach, director of the national nature reserve, and his team are working to protect the exceptional seabed and make tourism and environmental preservation coexist in harmony. ”
