The press was entitled last Friday to a field visit of the AW34 plot at Orient Bay, orchestrated by the president of Semsamar Wendel Cocks, accompanied by several service providers, including the prime contractor, Alias business.

Frank Viotty, from Terre Mer Transport Terrassement (TMTP), is responsible for the demolition of the old structures located on plot AW34. "We perform a summary sorting: on one side the wood, the vegetable, on the other the metal and the concrete", indicates Mr. Viotty, adding that this demolition is part of an ecological pilot operation. The occupants generally accepted this development project, reports Wendel Cocks, explaining that several consultation meetings were organized with the operators who thus saw that "the project was going to be beneficial for them". Operators will be able to personalize their space, hand over their sign, and install their equipment from next October 15, the date of delivery of the new spaces. The site, with a total cost estimated at 3 million euros, will host 8 restaurants, 4 shops, nautical bases, a lifeguard station and a craft market, made up of ten carbets. Those interested in a place on the market are asked to apply for it by post to the Economic Development Center of the COM.
