In order to facilitate enrollment in the school canteen and extracurricular activities for the 2020-2021 school year, the Caisse territoriale des Œuvres Scolaires (CTOS) offers a new operating mode for parents through dematerialized enrollment.
Parents are invited to download the registration forms in dematerialized format, starting Monday, June 8, 2020, on the website of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin: www.com-saint-martin.fr.
Registration files duly completed and signed must be returned with all of the documents, by email to the following address: inscription@ctos-saint-martin.fr or deposited in the mailboxes provided for this purpose in three points collection :
• CTOS annex office, in Marigot, rue de Hollande (former Evelyna Halley school)
• Grand Case Millrum central kitchen
• Omer Arrondell School in the Orleans district.
Upon receipt of the files, the CTOS services will carry out their verification and validation. Payment of registration fees will be made to the main management of Marigot, by appointment.
Mandatory documents:
1. Information sheet to be completed plus the Sanitary Liaison Sheet 2. 1 recent photo ID of the child
3. Photocopy of the beneficiary card (CAF) if you are a beneficiary
4. Identity documents of one of the parents or guardians
5. Photocopy of proof of address less than three months old (electricity, water, telephone)
6. Family booklet full copy or extract date of birth of the child
7. Certificate of civil liability insurance for the child for the 2020/2021 school year
8. Photocopy of the vaccination book (pages 90 to 93)
9. Certificate of registration from the Schools Office for a new registration or entry into the CP class
10. Registration fee per child: € 8
