The Territorial Youth Council (CTJ) has in fact joined forces with the Carnival Festivities Committee of Saint-Martin to offer the population of Saint-Martin a free hour of Zumba every Friday in February. An opportunity for young and old to get in shape before “parading” these coming weeks in downtown Marigot!
The Territorial Youth Council (CTJ) has decided to collaborate with the Organizing Committee of the Carnival of Saint-Martin in order to sensitize the population, in particular the youth, on the importance of practicing a physical and sporting activity. Thus, the Sports Hall at the Jean-Louis Vanterpool stadium in Marigot hosts every Friday of February, from 19 p.m. to 20 p.m., free Zumba sessions for all. A general public event entitled “GET FIT 2 FETE” which reminds us that sport and health are inseparable and guarantee a healthy and preserved life.
The next meetings are scheduled for Friday, February 8, 15 and 22, always from 19 p.m. to 20 p.m., at the Jean-Louis Vanterpool Sports Hall to let off steam to the rhythm of the Socca. Atmosphere guaranteed! _AF
