The Collectivity is competent to define the conditions of occupation of its property and to fix the rental value every year. Last month, the elected members of the Executive Council unanimously adopted the deliberation relating to the implementation of the fee for the occupation of school premises for the periods 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. These rates are applicable to all associations, individuals or legal entities wishing to use these premises - to be paid to the authority of the Collectivity - with the exception of the Caisse Territoriale des Oeuvres Scolaires (CTOS). Take the summer vacation period in July, the price has been set at 500 euros (reception without accommodation) and 600 euros (with accommodation).
