The rector of the Guadeloupe academy, Mostafa Fourar, is continuing his field visits and will be present in Saint-Martin this Friday, December 7.

This visit will be an opportunity to finalize the project to set up training for a coastal boat license for the students of the Professional College of the Northern Islands. Indeed, a partnership agreement will be signed between the Guadeloupe Academic Region, represented by the rector, the LP of the North Islands, represented by the headmistress and the school boat instructor, Mr. Villemin. Obtaining this boat license will complement the initial training and promote the professional integration of students.

The rector will then participate in the symbolic planting of trees by 60 CM2 students from Aline Hanson school on the beach at Sandy-Ground. This operation, in partnership with the association SXM Festival, aims to involve students in the beautification of the island of Saint-Martin after the passage of Hurricane Irma.

The day will be closed with a visit to the construction site at the Robert WEINUM school complex to take stock of the progress of the work._AF
