Our restaurants as famous as ever

The ranking of the “50 best restaurants in the Caribbean - 2016” was published by the Caribbean Journal. 

As always, the establishments of our island are present in this prize list which was carried out according to three evaluation criteria: the food, the service and the atmosphere, specifies the editors. Le Pressoir à Grand-Case, with its chef Franck Mear, is in first position. "An exceptional restaurant located in an old Creole house in the heart of Grand-Case (...) is, in many ways, the perfect Caribbean restaurant", according to the publication. The Tourist Office of Saint-Martin has also congratulated on its Facebook page the establishments appearing in this ranking: Le Pressoir, Le Tastevin, Le Soleil, Sol E Luna and the Small Inn of the Islands. _EH
