Following the numerous rainy episodes in recent days and the overflow observed in two of our ponds (Etang Guichard and pond of Grand Case), the community was obliged to have these two ponds opened on the sea .
A bathing decree is in force, the primary objective being the protection of people and surrounding property. The order prohibits swimming on the beaches of Friar's Bay and Grand-Case until further notice. _AF
