The kick-off of the Mardis de Grand-Case was a resounding success! A human tide invaded the pedestrian boulevard yesterday to attend the first parade of the "Alégria" association. The organizer Calypso Event and its partners, including the Tourist Office represented by Kate Richardson, could not have hoped for a better crowd: the restaurants were crowded and the stands of merchants and restaurateurs stormed. Motorists had to take their time in patience to find a free parking space (Paid parking is available near the boulevard).
