A construction company, whose legal representative is WM, was summoned Thursday morning before the local court of Saint-Martin for acts of concealment, by legal person, of the proceeds of a crime. The trial has been postponed until July 1. The request was expressed by his lawyer who could not assist him this morning for health reasons; she was replaced by a colleague.
