"Menstrual insecurity represents a health issue, as evidenced by the risks posed by the insufficient renewal of protection or the use of unsuitable products which can lead to infections or lead to toxic shock syndrome", agrees the State which wanted to provide a territorial dimension to the fight against menstrual insecurity. So he signed agreements with associations locally.
It launched a call for projects and three structures, including one in Saint-Martin (including Alefpa Le Manteau) were selected by the prefecture of Guadeloupe, which granted a global envelope of 82 euros.
