On Saturday April 1st, the SXM BLEU association of the Gendarmerie organized a lotto. The Tournesol association was the guest in the spotlight of this evening “Association of parents at the service of children, adolescents and young adults with disabilities”; this event quickly turned into a great success with our representatives.
With a large number of participants, the managers of the association Nicolas (President), Arnaud and Christophe, masterfully managed this wonderful evening.
A multitude of prizes spread over several rounds which delighted the 3 young people of the association and their guides, including Mrs. Brooks, the President.
It is during such events that we become aware of the daily work carried out by M.RENAR Meiddy, specialist educator, and Elijha, assistant animator recognized as a disabled worker. The progress of these young people is extraordinary, both in social, emotional and interactive dimensions.
The Tournesol association hopes that the medico-social pole will be a priority in the coming months, out of respect for the commitment of its members and the young people welcomed, given the enormous potentials that these young adults could deliver during this lotto.
The team of the SXM BLEU association, at the end of the event, announces the amount collected for the Tournesol association: 400 EUROS. It is the recipe for an evening full of emotions and full of success.
