Semsamar, Société d'Économie Mixte de Saint-Martin, wishes to improve the quality of its services and its relationship with its tenants. It will therefore set up a survey of its customers in Saint-Martin, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Guyana. This represents 15 homes. Businesses in social residences and business premises in private real estate are also concerned.
Not all tenants will be interviewed; a sample of 2 will be defined. The survey will be conducted in October by telephone by a service provider; the results will be communicated three months later to Semsamar.
The objective of this survey is to have for the semi-public company "a better understanding of the attitudes, expectations and practices of its customers".
The latter will be questioned on 7 major themes: housing, building / residence, living environment and tranquility, relationship with rental management; new means of remote payment; communication: clarity, channels; internet and telephony.
