The Tourist Office has selected its partners in the markets it wishes to reach

One of the missions of the Tourist Office is to promote the destination abroad.  To do this, he enlists the help of professionals in the markets he wants to reach.

At the end of 2020, the Tourist Office launched a public market to recruit service providers to organize promotional actions and manage media relations in the target issuing countries.

The contract was divided into seven lots for a total amount of 622 euros: USA, Canada, Europe (513 lots), South America excluding Brazil, Brazil and the Caribbean. For each of these regions, consulting firms have submitted an offer.

Lot number 1 was won by the American group Portfolio Marketing based in New York. His clients in the Caribbean already include Jamaica, the Bahamas, the US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, Nevis as well as the Caribbean Tourism organization (CTO). The amount of the contract is 237 euros

The Canada prize was won by Jesson and Company Communications for an amount of 99 euros. Based in Toronto, the company already operates destinations in the Caribbean, including Cuba, Anguilla, Antigua, Mexico and the CTO.

The 3 Europe lots for a total amount of 120 euros were awarded to a Parisian company, Indigo Unlimited, Global Communication Experts GmbH in Germany and USP Marketing PR in the Netherlands.

The Latin America and Brazil lots were won by a German company, Aviareps AG, represented in 47 countries including South America. Its subsidiary in Sao Paulo had the relative market in Brazil. The amounts of the contracts amount respectively to 70 euros and 200 euros.

Finally, Market one, based in Martinique, won the Caribbean prize for an amount of 48 euros.

Each of these new partners will have to promote the Saint-Martin destination in their country in accordance with the strategy of the tourist office.
