Leonardo INCARDONA was born in 1961 in Grenoble, the son of Sicilian immigrant parents. He put down his suitcases in Saint-Martin on October 23, 1990, that is to say 30 years of non-stop life on the island. Today he presents his latest novel.
"The King of Tintamarre"
This completes the trilogy started with “Itinerary of a Pirate” and “Pinel's Treasure”.
Leonardo INCARDONA renews the intrigues by drawing inspiration from contemporary everyday life on the basis of historical and documented facts of Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy.
Back cover:
Woes of a metropolitan in Saint Martin in the West Indies
The trials are linked for Natale CARO. Despite a stated desire to want to regain sociability through sport and a new commercial activity, nothing helps. The fatalities that seem to stick to her skin do nothing to help her psychic troubles. Some seek to take advantage of this semblance of weakness to cover up wrongdoing that can lead to death.
His 1st novel (before St. Martin)
" The curse BARSANO "
Against the backdrop of Italian immigration to the French Alps.
Follow-up to the 1st novel in the trilogy "Itinerary of a Pirate" in 2008.
These writings relate the setbacks of a resourceful opportunist who took advantage of the development of Saint Martin in the Antilles, after the 1986 tax exemption law.
Bored of his love stories trop superficial with the fairer sex de the island, he rediscovers this feeling thanks to the Internet. Only ... Voodoo, mafia, cyclone and murder will thwart this beautiful story that transports us to the Caribbean to the metropolis, to Sicily.
Based largely on real events, this "tonic" novel reflects aspects of the West Indies a little less idyllic than the usual clichés of turquoise sea, white sand and other coconut palms.
" The secret by Pinel "
4th cover
Following his hasty return from Sicily caused by mafia pressure, setbacks follow one another for Natale who, with the cyclones "José" & "Lenny" of 1999, ruin him materially and affect him psychically. To this is added the murder of a young woman of which he could be the instigator. The search for the truth leads him to draw the answers from the history, the legends and the superstitions of the island.

In order to keep the memory of one of these new pirates from St. Martin, I took the liberty of repeating:
Begun in the 1950s until 1997, his book is embellished with illustrations by the author and historical photos. While waiting to know the beneficiaries, the profits will be donated to the charity "Le Manteau de St. Martin".
