In the Dutch part, the main time-share establishments were badly damaged by Irma. In the Pelican and Simpson Bay neighborhoods, the Royal Palm Beach and Flamingo Beach are still closed.
According to the information available on the group's website, all reservations for 2018 have been canceled in both establishments. No new reservations are accepted until further notice.
The two establishments of the Sonesta group, in Great Bay and Maho, were very badly damaged. On the website, it is stated that cancellations have been postponed until August 31, 2018. It is also specified that no new reservations will be taken until further notice.
