The family of Mrs. Aline Hanson wished through the press to transmit information to the population as to the organization of the funeral.
The death vigil will be held this Tuesday, July 4, at the Sandy-Ground Cultural Center from 18 p.m. to 22 p.m.
Ms. Hanson was the president of the association from 1984 to 2014 and has always been committed to the development of the center.
The funeral will be held Wednesday July 5 in the Catholic Church of Marigot. The body will be exposed from 13 p.m. to 14 p.m. tributes may be paid. Mass will take place from 14 p.m. to 15 p.m.
The procession will follow, then the burial in the cemetery of Marigot.
The family specifies that "during her lifetime, Ms. Hanson did not wish funeral honors, a ceremony of homage for the deceased elected officials" because she considered herself "a simple Republican citizen".
The family would like to wholeheartedly thank President Daniel Gibbs for his benevolent understanding and support.
