The election of Madame Javois to the post of deputy can still be canceled by the constitutional council if her campaign accounts prove to be non-compliant. The latter will be analyzed by the national commission of campaign accounts and political financing (CNCCFP) and if the latter finds irregularities, it will seize the constitutional council which will rule. But we won't know until early next year. The candidates have until August 18 to deposit their accounts and the commission until the week of February 12, 2018 to reject the accounts of a candidate and seize the constitutional council.
