In its last opinion, the Territorial Chamber of Accounts is not tender with the Water and Sanitation Establishment of Saint-Martin (EEASM).
The institution, which studied the initial budget for 2016, found that “no recovery measure, dependent solely on the public establishment and likely, first, to perpetuate the return to a balanced budget for the service of water in 2016 beyond the 2021 financial year, secondly, to restore the budgetary balance of the sanitation service ”and“ that no investment program is sustainable with regard to the finances of the public establishment ” . The room proposes to the prefect “to settle the main primitive budget for 2016 of the public establishment” and enjoins the EEASM to “keep up to date sincere accounts”. _EH
